Our Initial Consultation is completely free of charge. We are happy to come and meet with you to discuss your requirements in confidence, so why not tap into our market knowledge and advice?
The Initial Consultation is at the heart of everything we do. We always start with a blank sheet of paper and we always listen. That way we can propose solutions that are tailored directly to meet your needs.
We want to take up as little of your time as necessary because we know that you are busy - we do however need you to spend a little time helping us get to know you and your business. Think of all that time you will save when the shortlist you receive is relevant and the candidates are properly briefed, motivated and interested. This all stems from the Initial Consulation - we can't begin to maximise your time without it.
We will discuss the business environment, your culture, key objectives of the position, person specification, current market conditions and any other matters that may affect the recruitment.
Based on these, and your budget, we will advise solutions to identify the best possible candidates.
All the key parameters will be agreed and if you want us to proceed we will provide a detailed proposal based on our discussions.
The person that you meet will always be the one who will deliver your work.
We manage the whole process, from Initial Consultation to successful placement and beyond.

Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation is at the heart of everything we do. We can’t begin to understand your requirements unless we get to know you and your business first.

Proposal
If you want us to proceed we will provide a detailed proposal based on our discussions. All the key parameters and proposed solutions will be documented and agreed.

Candidate Identification
Tailored to your needs and focussed on sourcing the highest calibre shortlist, we combine traditional methods of search and selection with the latest online and social media techniques, as part of a wider overall talent acquisition strategy.

Rigorous Pre-Selection
Interviews & Assessments that deliver matches on more than technical skills and experience. In addition we look at the candidates' cultural fit, personality, ambition, aspirations and long-term aims, reducing the chance of expectations being unfulfilled on either side.

Shortlist
Presentation of the shortlist along with detailed assessments of each candidate relative to the brief. Any additional profiling can be managed and delivered at this stage.

Your Selection Process
Management of your interview and selection process, (including any additional candidate profiling), ensuring things run smoothly and feedback is promptly managed between all parties.

Offer Management
Managing the offer process and handling any negotiations is key to achieving a successful outcome.

Post-Acceptance Management
There is often a significant time between acceptance and the successful applicant joining your business. Maintaining positive contact, particularly during their notice period, significantly reduces the risks of unexpected counter offers or alternative options coming to light.

Post-Placement Care
In line with our unique replacement guarantee, we make a post-placement commitment to maintain regular contact in a structured manner for the first year of the appointment.
