Rigorous Pre-Selection
Interviews & Assessments that deliver matches on more than technical skills and experience. In addition we look at the candidates' cultural fit, personality, ambition, aspirations and long-term aims, reducing the chance of expectations being unfulfilled on either side.

Shortlist
Presentation of the shortlist along with detailed assessments of each candidate relative to the brief. Any additional profiling can be managed and delivered at this stage.
