threesixty completes Great Manchester (10k) Run !!!
Despite a strong headwind, the beating Manchester sun, and the small matter of trying to avoid any Zola Budd style tangles with 36,000 other competitors, we are pleased to announce that Ian and John completed the Great Manchester 10k Run on Sunday.
Unfortunately we didn't win. That honour went to Heile Gebrselassie, who has two previous titles and the world marathon record under his belt, so we thought that was fair enough.
We did however manage the fairly respectable times of 53.11 and 54.08, and more importantly we managed to raise some money for the our chosen charity, the Bobby Moore Fund, which helps fund research into bowel cancer.
So a big Thank You to everyone who has supported us, if you haven't yet and want to help us raise some money you can still support us by visiting our fundraising page at www.justgiving.co.uk/threesixtyselection

Once the sore limbs have soothed we will decide on some further fundraising activities for later in the year.
